All sales are final on hair extensions and wigs. We do not offer refunds or exchanges hair due to health and safety reasons. All sales are final.
Virgin hair is a unique product that cannot be resold or reused if returned or exchanged. Our products are carefully inspected and processed to ensure they meet our high standards, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to their high value and perishable nature. Virgin hair may have natural variations in color, texture, and style. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on human hair wigs that have been altered or modified in any way.
